ViSalus 5 Star Ambassador GJ Reynolds has Worked out 1000 Straight Days

ViSalus 5 Star Ambassador and CEO of Simply G Media GJ Reynolds Discusses How He Has Completed 2 Miles Per Day for 1000 Days Straight, On The Simply G Radio Show

Simply G Media Network today announces the release of an interview with Vimillionaire GJ Reynolds on Simply G Radio Show with host Neil Haley, the Total Tutor.

Neil Haley, the Total Tutor host of the Simply G Radio Show, interviewed Entrepreneur and Vi Millionaire GJ Reynolds to find out the news of how he has completed 2 miles per day for 1000 days straight. In the interview he also shared how he has been able to keep the streak going and what his motivation is to keep the streak going.
Reynolds is an original founding member in the company ViSalus and is now a 5 Star Ambassador, Vi Millionaire, and CEO of Simply G Media. He has written a book titled "The Playful and Powerful Warrior Within You!" and holds the distinction of completing the Dale Brown Challenge, by working out and completing 2 miles per day or more for 610 days straight. Since then Reynolds has gone to complete 2 or more miles for 1000 straight days (and counting).
In the interview, Reynolds discussed how he has been able to keep such an impressive streak alive. "I have completed two miles straight everyday for a 1000 days despite facing many challenges," said Reynolds. "The way I am able to do it is by focusing on one day at a time and for 90 day intervals. I have found anyone is able to do this if they simply commit to the process. I tell people all the time to choose the first step and commit to at least 20 minutes per day. It is actually amazing what is able to be accomplished in such a short time. The hard part is choosing to do so."
GJ shared, "In the beginning, prior to starting the challenge I had EVERY excuse to not work out. I am able to write a book about excuses. I had them all. It took Coach Dale Brown and my wife showing me the mirror and seeing how bad of shape I was in. My good friend from Stand Up America shared with me, "G Satan was attempting to take you out." He was right I was on may way to eventually having poor health.
"I have been very creative at times to complete the daily task. I have had surgical procedures and could barely walk. I travel around the world, and cold days with 2 feet of snow. You name the challenges most people face, I went through it. I knew had to do it every single day and elevate my very own life and to inspire someone to start to transform their life.”
Reynolds explained some ways of how he has been able to do it, including a story about when he was at the Chicago airport lugging around a back pack and pulling a suitcase. Reynolds also said many of his training days are rigorous and difficult to complete, and he does it in order to continue on his streak. Reynolds has a personal trainer and now trains as a world-class athlete trains.
"I challenge anyone listening to do my intense workouts," said Reynolds. "Some 18-year-olds are unable to do it. Regardless, I challenge everyone simply chooses to get off the couch and start doing something better for them selves. I suggest walking around the block to start. Pretty simple to start to do."
