Vi 5 Star Ambassador GJ Reynolds Discusses How Obesity Is Leading To More Deaths Than We Thought On The Simply G Radio Show, a Division of The Simply G Media Network

Simply G Media Network today announces the release of an interview with Founder of Mission G GJ Reynolds on Simply G Radio Show with host Neil Haley, the Total Tutor.

Neil Haley, the Total Tutor host of the Simply G Radio Show, interviewed GJ Reynolds to find out why obesity is leading to more deaths in The United States than first thought.
Reynolds is an original founding member in the company ViSalus and is now a 5 Star Ambassador, Vi Millionaire, and CEO of Simply G Media. He has written a book titled “The Playful and Powerful Warrior Within You!” and holds the distinction of completing the Dale Brown Challenge by working out for over 1000 days straight. He is also ranked in the top ten percent of people in social media.
Data from very large national surveys show that all types of obesity are on the rise in America. People who are overweight or obese are far more likely than thinner people to have heart disease, cancer, diabetes and to have strokes or heart attacks. A higher percentage of fatter people are less fit than thinner people, and exercise can clearly protect them from death and disease.
GJ Reynolds shares an article he found on nbcnews.com. This article originally dated August 15, 2013, discusses how obesity is leading to more deaths. GJ said, “It is becoming more mainstream. It is an epidemic and it continues to grow.”
GJ talked about the solution to this epidemic, “It is very simple to have people to do this. They should be on the Project 10 Challenge. I challenge everyone to do so!”
GJ talked about some of the glaring numbers from the article, “One third of Americans are overweight. Another thirty five percent are obese. There is no question how we got here. I previously looked like I was on my deathbed. I was one percentage point away from being considered obese. Where I was headed was to my death. Thanks to the Project 10 Challenge, I have been able to lose 40 pounds. I feel great and I am excited everyday.”
Diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease are the most obvious consequences of obesity, and other results range from cancer, arthritis, and depression to kidney stones, fatty liver disease, and erectile dysfunction. All in all, obesity and overweight drains our society of $223 billion a year.
GJ talked about another number to consider. “According this article, 18 percent of all deaths in the United States have a direct link to obesity. We are ignoring the solutions to this epidemic. We are an army of one. Collectively we are an army. It starts with me.”
GJ also discussed how to benefit financially from being fit. “Anyone who has earned less $15,000.00 dollar a year is more likely to be obese. And if you earn $50,000.00 dollars or more a year the chance of becoming obese is greatly reduced.”
