Honor Yourself

By honoring your self, you are able to honor others.

One of the single most important things you are able to do for yourself is to honor yourself. Honor is a lot like love. When you are unable to love yourself it is difficult have love for others. The same thing is able to be said for honor. We were all placed on earth by God, who made each and every one of us unique. God honors us, we owe it to ourselves and him to honor ourself as well.

Every single person deserves to be honored no matter what our past may look like or where we have come from. By recognizing this and the fact that we all have good qualities within us, we begin to honor ourselves. Honoring our self is recognizing the good we have within us and improving the parts that we need to work on. Respecting ourselves and what we stand for or choose to stand for is part of honoring our self.

When we learn to do this we are able to achieve all that we wish to achieve and others will see it and honor us as well. One of the first steps in growth is learning to honor our self and practicing honor every day. It will show in our work, and our relationship with others that we come in contact with. Practice honoring yourself every day and it will create a big difference in your life.
